Agree with the other reviewer as I have experienced the same. We end up going to another further away pharmacy and got a declaration form signed without a hassle anytime any day with tlc! Products are highly priced compare to others. One time we needed a special cream to be compounded, we had to wait double the time and paid double the price, only found out after we got it made somewhere else the same amount but half the bill and time. It's a shock. Others may have a positive experience here but for me unfortunately that was my last straw going there. On a positive depending on who serves you there, can be friendly. The pharmacist is genuine and helpful with questions.

I was there to buy my usual toiletries and also to get a Statutory Declaration. It was out of the normal hours for Stat`Declaration so the guy ask me to come back again. I understand they have a business to do and want to minimise those paperwork but I was really in urgency and still they won't do it for me, I went to the dentist nearby and finally got it.
