Delilah Hair Studio

Have just had a much needed cut by George at Delilah and love going to this salon. During the really difficult time over Covid, Delilah’s staff have been in contact with their clients, making appointments and then having to cancel them because of lockdowns, but still persevering to get their clients in for a cut. They really have gone the extra mile to accommodate their clients and it is so appreciated.
Also their cuts are superb, I have curly hair so have had my share of disastrous cuts, but always feel confident that I will walk out happy with my cut (thanks George!). So a big thank you to Adrian and his team for such fabulous service during challenging times. Thanks Claire

Really great cut on my long fine curly hair and excellent job on the colour. I was nervous as I hate going to the hairdresser but Carly knew exactly what would work best for me, better than I did! So happy with my cut and colour.

For the last year I have been trying to get used to my natural curls after years of of blow drying and straightening my hair. However, I wasn't a massive fan of the shape or style my hair was in. So, based on the positive reviews, I made an appointment with Chloe, hoping she could turn my messy locks into something more stylish. I felt really confident in her hands from the start and I'm happy to say she did an amazing job bringing my curls back to life. I walked out of the salon with a gorgeous, bouncy style and feeling 10 years younger! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Adrian was unfazed...he totally 'got' my hair and gave me a fabulous cut! Such a great shape without using the dreaded thinning scissors! The best cut ever.
Adrian was gentle and sensitive to the individual character of my hair. He was so encouraging and made me feel good about my wild mop. Thank you Adrian for your skill and for understanding hair that’s outside the box.

I read all the reviews and wanted someone to cut my curly hair. I booked Chloe as Adrian was booked out. , not realising there was 2 with same name. It cost me $279 for hair regrowths, treatment, trim. When I got home realised one side of my hair is longer than the other. Looked even worse and noticeable when I washed and blow dryed it. A lot of money and was disappointed. I rang to cancel and was offered to come in and fix my hair, but I refused.

Yesterday was the first time I have been into Delilah Hair Studio and they did not disappoint! As a curly girl, i'm always nervous about going to a new hairdresser but Claire was amazing and made a big cut and restyle a really exciting process! I've received so many complements about my hair and am so happy with the result (and the cost). It was an absolute pleasure to come into Delilah and I've been telling everyone I know! Always a blast getting my hair done at Delilah! They have a great team of super passionate hair stylists which I have struggled to find at a lot of other salons. Definitely check these guys out if your looking for a new place to get your hair done

This is now my favourite hairdresser! Chloe picked straight away that: my hair is naturally wavy; I don't blow dry often or use a lot of product; and I like layers including around the face. And she didn't over-brush it like most do. It costs a bit more than your $35 standard cut, but you get what you pay for and it's well worth it. The atmosphere at the salon is great too. Friendly staff and a really professional team. It was refreshing to be able to relax in the chair without dance music blaring from the stereo or a stylist talking way too much. The caring hairdresser who gave me exactly the cut and colour I was after. I'll be a regular customer for sure.

I've been going to Adrian for about six years. Not only is he a genuinely lovely person, running his business with integrity and passion, but his style cuts have allowed me to enjoy perpetual compliments from strangers who love my hair. And that's how I found him. I asked a stranger who cut her hair. I travel an hour to go to Delilah, it's worth it.

Chole was awesome, she listened to what I wanted & advised me on what would work with my hair. I ended up with a super cute new haircut that I love. The salon is beautiful and the staff are friendly; I felt really comfortable there.

I will definitely return to Delilah :)

Finally I've found a salon where the experts can advise and plan; but appreciate where I'm going. It has a friendly relaxed vibe. Straight or curly - no problems with grey. Loving the organics, surrounds and the catering. Looking forward to Carlie's next cut and colour.

I had been contemplating for years to get my hair straightened and just could not justify the $500+ other salons were quoting. Even though Delilah is quite a drive for me I feel so comfortable going there knowing how friendly they all are and the amazing prices they offer. Even the products they recommended have been fantastic. I have never loved my hair so much and it has stayed straight for just over a year which is double the amount of time i was expecting. I am about to go and get it done for a second time and cannot wait. Definitely consider Delilah hair studio if your looking for permanent hair straightening they know what they are doing and the results are better than you could ever imagine!

It had been 1.5 years since I'd had a haircut or colour, and I desperately wanted a change. I booked in at another salon (not Delilah) in the Melbourne CBD - and they charged me $50 JUST for a consult, then quoted me a crazy amount of my hair cut & colour. Because I just wanted a change, I booked them despite the 2 week waiting list. After waiting two weeks, just 1 hour before my appointment, this other salon sent me a text saying my appointment had been cancelled, and never bothered to follow up. I'd been waiting two weeks for the appointment and was pretty pissed about it.

I looked around online and found Delilah on google - they were listed under one of the Top 5 Best Salons in Melbourne.. I called Friday morning, and within an hour Adrian had called me back and booked me in for a cut and colour that night. I was SO SO HAPPY!

I wanted a pastel colour in my hair (which not many salons know how to do well), but my stylist Carly absolutely NAILED the cut and colour, and for an infinitely better price than the WAY overpriced Melbourne salon.

The salon itself has this amazingly supportive, caring community vibe - whilst also doing epic hair.

I've been going to Delilah for about 5 years now. I can't speak highly enough about Adrian and his associates. They treat all customers with friendly professionalism. Adrian is an excellent style cutter. Every hair cut is a new look, he listens and delivers and on the days when I can't sort myself out, Adrian takes control and makes me look wonderful. He's also a genuinely lovely and caring person. Delilah deserves the very best customers, because they give 100% every time.

Been unhappy with both cut and color at previous hairdresser for a long time. Finally decided to find somewhere new. I stumbled on reviews of Adrian at Delilah and took a chance. Wow! Should have switched 2 years ago. Excellent new color that lasts between cuts and great attention to detail in the cut itself. Finally a hairdresser who LISTENS! I'm hooked. Thanks Adrian.

Look, I could drag on about how friendly the staff are and what a cool little salon this is. But the more important fact is that Adrian is the only hairdresser I've ever met who I actually trust, 100%, to look after my locks and understand exactly what I want done - every single time I visit. I barely need to explain anything to him anymore, he just gets it!

To me, that's a pretty big deal.

The fact that they're so affordable and don't try to upsell you with naff hand massages or products that don't work (any product I've ever had recommended from these guys has been stellar) is a bonus.

This is an absolute hidden Melbourne gem.

I just came out of Delilah feeling like a new woman, as always. I love the one to one relationship with Adrian and the elegant touches such as sparkling water to drink and gorgeous tea cups. My cut is always stylish and the price is very reasonable. I look forward to going and catching up with my fave hair stylist.

My mum took me to Delilah Hair Studio for my first "big girl haircut" when I came out l felt like a whole new person. I felt confident about my hair. At Delilah Hair Studio there is a massive range of products that will make miracles for your hair from shampoo and conditioner to extra volume hair spray. When you go to Delilah Hair Studio I can tell you that you will receive the best quality, service and value ever. The hairdressers there ,Adrian and Clare, are the nicest hairdressers you will ever meet.

Adrian is awesome. I started coming here a year ago and my hair cut and colour have both improved over my previous hairdresser. To put that in perspective my previous hairdresser was at Heading Out which gets in the finals of the Australian Hairdressing Awards every year. But Adrian's grip on colour, in particular, is much better. And he is exactly half the price I was paying at Heading Out. Could not be happier.

Adrian is lots of fun, and he really took time to understand how my hair works and what I was after, before then working his magic and giving me a style, that just suits me perfectly

Not only is Adrian one of the best and most professional hairdressers in Melbourne, he also employes the best staff. It is impossible to walk out of this place unhappy.
