Ever have problems with your hose? Who hasn't! As technology has advanced the hose reel has not apparently. Must we still struggle to find a reliable, mess free hose one that wouldn't get tangled, cause leaky connections and reels that couldn’t stand the test of time? We are DELRICO™, we started as a solution to this frustrating problem on non lasting hose reels. DELRICO™ used our team of experienced engineers to overhaul and reinvent a hose reel built to last. That was over 15 years ago. Today DELRICO™ is still looking to make our hose reels even more future proof so that our future customers will also benefit.

DELRICO™ hoses are built to last, some of our first hose reels sold over 15 years ago are still going strong. However even the strongest, well engineered items can malfunction which is why DELRICO™after sales service is second to none. With a belief in old-fashioned quality, making hose reels built to last and repairing rather than replacing, all DELRICO™ hose reels can be serviced and repaired by our in-house technicians.

DELRICO™ is the manufacturer of premium unique garden hose reels for residential, commercial, or marine use. We assemble and spray all our coloured reels here on our premises in Sydney. DELRICO™ now offer 48 months warranty on our custom coloured reels. We have a complete range of COLORBOND & DULUX colours you can choose from! So if you wish to match your roof, gutters, downpipes, shed....anything......give us a call. If there is a special colour you are looking for, let us know and we will be able to do it for you. At DELRICO™ paint is not your everyday household paint, we have had the services of a paint chemist to design a paint for us. DELRICO™ reels will not " CHALK" up like the other reels on the market. The DELRICO™ reels are proudly Australian designed and assembled; made to last ! Assembled using all stainless steel screws. Our unique in house designed locking system, designed by us here to make it so much easier for the end user. No listening to a " click click" or " just give a small tug", our locking system just works when you pull the hose. We have also designed our latest SRS ( Slow Return System ). If the reel is accidentally let go, then the unique SRS will slow the reel down so that it is not dangerous like the other reels on the market. Designed for safety! Built to last!

They are excellent hose reels. Our first reel lasted for over 10 years. We recently replaced it to the new 28mtr reel. Excellent reliability of the systems

I have been using DELRICO products for over 10 years now. I wouldnt recommend any other hose reel product. They are the most reliable hose reels on the market!

I would like to congratulate the staff at Delrico Taren Point for their excellent after sales service. We took one of the new reels back due to the level wind mechanism not working ( through no fault of the reel ). They fixed the problem and called back within 2 days at no cost to us even though it was our fault the reel failed.This is our 2nd reel over the last 5 yrs and we find them great value.

My second DELRICO. The first has lasted over 12 years !. Was very well used and performed to expectations. Im sure we wore it out in the end! Great products!

great store service.
I bought the 28 metre reel to replace a recently purchased Hoselink brand which was very difficult to pull out and had a low flow rate due to the hose being only 11mm diameter.
We are very happy so far with the Delrico product.

Hi Fred, thank you for your review it is appreciated. We have spent a lot of time and money on our new 28mtr reel. Nothing comes close in the internal enhancements of what we have designed. Slowly but surely people will embrace this new design for its ease of use and the safety aspect of our new SRS system.

very satisfied with prompt Del. service one small point of interest you advertise 2 years warranty and in the instruction manual it says one year which are we to believe down the track if it was a promotional statement on a sale item on the net and 16months from now it breaks down we have no prof of it ???

Was ordered by my husband to buy one of these. He told me to not even think about going anywhere else as he had done his homework!
Well, he got it right, I love it!. Soooooo easy to pull out and it really does go back in slower! Well done DELRICO, nice work

Overall excellent, purchased 2 hose reels 10 years ago and have been great!. No issues, now its time to update again. Also great value compared to say Bunnings for a higher quality product

Excellent, helpful staff. Product terrific, I have 5 systems in my garden. Hose never tangles, easy to pull out and retract back to system is simple and fast. Nozzles never burst free from hose when watering and I have heavy pressure in my pipes!
