Dentfix in South Melbourne did a terrible job on the recent repair of my car.I was treated rudely and rectification of repairs were refused.I am a car enthusiast and do not expect to be told that I should not be so fussy about minorrepairs? This was such a strange response to my concerns as Dentfix state they specialisein such small repairs. Dentfix also insisted on cash only payment and further refused a receipt.Additionally I was given an appointment time of 8am and when I arrived told to come back in an hour.The car was not ready and I was made to wait until after midday without any explanation or apology.If you value your car I would urge you to please to do some online research first and use a more reputable firm.

Bill has fixed two small dents on our front passenger door in about 20 mins. Quick and nice and the dents are magically gone.

Bill did a great job fixing a small dent in my front fender for $100 (inclusive of GST) in about 3 hours. No need to make an appointment, just ring Bill and see if he can fit you in.

My impression is that Dentfix is more about panel beating smallish dents and dings than major crash repairs.
