Dr Vikash is extremely professional and will advice on whatever needs to be done with your teeth accordingly. He looks after you very well and whenever I have been there, even though he is busy he takes me in on time. Have to take my son next time.

Started having Dr. Makan as my kids' dentist in 2015. My 2 girls needed braces for their teeth. Dr. Makan explained the procedures and potential cost upfront including payment plan to assist me in organising my finance for the treatments. He always explain the steps before proceeding in each visit. I have great confidence in him that my girls will look great after their braces removed because I know he cares and he will do his best. He has very good "chairside" manner, caring, gentle, good listener, patience and calm in dealing with his patients. He is accommodating with his schedule to try to fit into his patient's schedule such as staying back to serve his patient if so required. He also has a very friendly team. You feel comfortable with him and his team. I can't think of anything bad to say about Dr. Makan and his team except Excellent and Thank you.

I had a problem of grinding my teeth as well as snoring. During my regular check up, Dr. Vikash was able to analyse and find the problem. I went through a process of evaluation, as per his advice. Now I not only have protection for my teeth but also a good night sleep with the anti-snoring gadget.

I have found Dr Makan and his team very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When my mother had teeth problems he went out his way to accommodate and solve the problem successfully.

Dr Vikash is very friendly, helpful and professional in his work. I didn't feel any pain from having a root canal, having to attend three times to treat it correctly. He explains very well, shows x-ray results, and tells what needs to be done to ensure teeth are protected for the future. Very happy with the service, they even gave me a dental bag with a toothbrush as a birthday gift!

Having Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and pretty hefty fear of dentists, it was crucial for me to find a dentist who was understanding, and pain free.
I had my initial appointment, and then a cleaning and small filling in a molar.

I didn't feel a thing, not even the needle, and Dr Makan was very gentle. He understood my anxiety, and talked me through everything.
He worked around other medical conditions, and made sure I was always comfertable (physically and mentally).

Dr. Faith Xi has a great bed side manner and she is very thorough on her check-up and cleaning. She is also very attention to you in the seat that your jaw does not end up sore after your visit and that you are comfortable. I'm really pleased with my visit and she will be my dentist for as long as I remain in Australia. Also, the office appears to have the latest equipment and keep u with the times. My dentist back home still manually scrapes teeth, whereas here they use the electrical scraper which I would image done a more efficient and effective job at cleaning your teeth.

You know that feeling when you're approaching your 6-monthly cycle and hate to visit the dentist? I can honestly say that since being a patient at Dentist@330, I have never had that feeling! The entire process and all the staff are absolutely amazing. Dr Makan is incredibly honest, and gentle with his work. In the past, I was a victim of having my teeth and gums over-treated, which ended up in hundreds of dollars of dentist bills.
