I've tried a few quantity surveyors and none of them have been amazing. These guys excelled in customer service. They are very good at keeping you informed. On the downside, they did make a mistake with our depreciation schedule but once we brought it to their attention, they were quick to rectify the mistake. They are a little pricier then other companies but they gave a generous discount when I mentioned that I had came across them on Somersoft forums.

Excellent service when you buy an investment property and need to get a depreciation schedule done. Even through they are based in Sydney they seem to have a range of agents that they use throughout Australia. They supply great information as well
