GREAT Plants Great service

We went here a few weeks ago and bought some palm trees for our garden. The plants were healthy and fairly priced but best of all was the service.
These guys (husband and wife team) were very friendly and helpful. The owner (steve I think) heard of our plans to incorporate a rock feature in the garden and kindly showed us his own photos of rock landscapes he had worked on. Giving us heaps of advice for our own project. And even pointed us in the direction of the best place to source the exact rocks we were after.
I highly recommend this place if you are considering checking it out.
You don't get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore.

Desert to Green is a trustworthy family owned business who have provided me with exceptional service and products over a number of years. I highly commend their integrity and will happily recommend them to anyone!

They are very friendly and Steve has an extended knowledge of plants.I have been there a few times to buy plants and find the price reasonable and they are there to offer advise about plants your not sure about. I would definitly go back.

Steve & Deb are so nice, and knowledgeable. We bought and are still buying plants there and they're always good quality and a great price. The only thing is the place is a little overwhelming, so much stuff. But its lovely stuff! They have heaps of variety, and garden products like fertilizer, weed killer etc. Steve even comes to our place, out of HIS time, to look at the garden and give advise on what we should do.

Excellent service and consultation on how to prune trees etc. Great landscaping ideas. Very dedicated owners.

Thanks to Steve and his team for making our home a place we can call home.From the positioning of rocks to water features and flowing ponds,to the 100yr old plus black boys and our pathways and superb plants all thriving after 3 years since our initial appointment.Lots of compliments from neighbours and friends in the Lysterfield area.

Went down to desert to green nursery just to check it out and try and get some info regarding a few gardening and lanscaping ideas and ended up learning a lot, both debbie and steve were very helpfull,friendly and a wealth of information.We bought palms,grass trees and frangipani as we love tropical gardens and we appreciated the help and knowledge they shared with us.We would highly recommend both debbie and steve for their planting and landscaping ideas .

very helpful and the standard of plants was excellent. staff were very knowledgeable about all plant types and gave great advice on how to plant and care for all the palms and plants we brought.

communication could have been alot better over the phone but once there very welcoming and very helpful also they know their stuff

Landscaping front yard, Steve and crew are great professionals and nice people all around. Great design recommendations and very good use of plants. It took a little while to get things started but once they did I found their work to be of great quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crew to anyone who wants a well designed and practical garden.

I just wander in to pick up a plant or three every couple of months to refurbish 2 rental gardens and my own, look for gifts, etc. Always welcome, great plant knowledge and service, and all the plants are healthy, hardy and therefore survive.

Amazing plants - top quality and great price. Steve and Debbie are fantastic; friendly, helpful and always willing to provide us with landscape advice. We have created a tropical oasis in our backyard without having to pay someone to come in and do it for us. It looks incredible (thanks to Steve's advice) and the plants are doing really well.

Steve's knowledge was excellent. Their service was great. Plants are a good price and plentiful, they were prepared to order more of one plant that they had run out of. Very helpful with fitting plants into the car too.

Spent a lot of time talking about and receiving information about landscaping our front garden. We have a problem trying to grow anything because of the number of trees. The owners were friendly and full of good advise.

Fantastic range of plants from normal to exotic at great prices and information and advice with a personal touch!
They have taken the time to go through my whole garden refit as if it was their own, this has saved us from purchasing unsuitable plants and creating the correct effect without chopping and changing at great expense.Highly recommend.

I love a great Family owned business as I find they always have pride in dealing with their Customers. We found this company not only very friendly but quite informative with new ideas for our garden makeover. They also enjoyed babysitting our one year old whilst we searched for what we needed!
