I engaged Devlin to do swimming pool compliance for my investment property earlier this year. Kirk the compliance officer gave a detailed report with practical recommendations. It was a stressful time trying to secure tradesmen to do rectification works as well as dealing with three different neighbours on the fencing work but the Devlin team particularly Kirk, Caleb and Venus whom I dealt with was patient, responsive, helpful and empathetic, making the whole process so much less stressful especially given that I was interstate. The price they charge was reasonable and great value for money compared to other companies and their service was top notch. It’s one of the best trades I engaged hence I’m making it a point to give feedback. Sorry it’s taken me so long.
