Dial An Angel Melbourne

We needed a baby sitter and Called Dial An Angel. It was a simple process to organise and every time we have used them the Baby sitters have been really good. Very professional and my kids always have a great time with the Angel

I moved my family here over 6 months ago now from interstate, we have no family support here for our 2 little ones and my wife has returned to the work force. Dial An Angel have been absolutley amazing for our family, they are professional, friendly, extremely helpful and always send such high quality Angels to our home. Money well spent in my eyes.the girls always having a childcare education backgrounds, we have been able to advance our 4 year olds vocabulary along with putting a load of washing on, feeding, bathing the boys etc. The rate was competitive, we opted for the fully insured Angel as a peice of mind. We recommened this Agency to anyone, especially families like ours that have moved to Melbourne with no family.

We don't have family in Melbourne so when it comes to looking after my children who are 3, 6 and 9 we do not have many options. Dial An Angel have been a lifesaver when we have had a function to attend or one of my children has been unwell and cannot attend school or childcare. The office staff are always helpful and understanding and always do their best with last minute situations. We have a number of favourite Angels and they always try to get us the girls we ask for. All of their Angels have been lovely and go the extra mile with the children even tidying up the kitchen or folding washing when they really didn't need to.
I feel very confident and comforatable leaving my children with these carers and will continue to do so.

I have used Dial An Angel's babysitting service many times. All the girls they have sent have been fantastic and my kids can't wait for another Angel to arrive. They even have an after hours contact number which has been a god send when something comes up out of the blue. I would recommend this service highly and continue to use them

We've used DIAL-AN-ANGEL on and off for years. We've always had quality child carers who have years of experience. They have also provided us with super cleaners and helpers for dinner parties. Their workers are reliable, hard working, well presented and fully screened.

The girls at Dial An Angel are always helpful and flexible in finding babysitters who are experienced, reliable and who are amazing working with children. I had a terrible experience with a babysitter that this agency send to my home. We were going to a wedding, put the kids to bed and had arranged for a babysitter who would be flexible about the time we came back. She rang me after midnight shouting and demanding I come home which I did asap when I realised what a crazy person was minding my children! Then she got really angry when I didn't pay her cash ( usual arrangement with agency was to pay by card next day) and tried to insist I walk to ATM, woke up the kids with all her shouting and I had to threaten to call police to get her to leave. Agency did apologise but also somehow saw her point of view and she is still being send to other homes.
ALso must mention when I said to the babysitter "I am sorry that noone told me you needed cash but you could come back in the morning if you need it that badly" She shouted " Do you think I would be doing this if I didn't need cash badly" Well stupid me I expected a babysitter who didnt actually mind babysitting.
