Exceptional service from the jeweller, Sam. Very patient and all questions answered. Very happy with our purchase and valuation and the 40% sale made it even sweeter.

My first diamond earrings purchase couldn't have been a better experience without the help of Ron. I went in not knowing exactly what i wanted or where to start, but walked out with the most incredible pair of earrings that i'll treasure for a lifetime, carefully selected to suit me and my budget. Ron was patient while i compared all the options, educated me and my mother on diamonds (even letting us try on huge engagement rings 'just to find my favourite for when the time comes'), and made us feel like we were his biggest priority - even though other regulars of his were arriving and waiting patiently to see him. Ron's absolutely wonderful, and has not only sparked a new love of diamonds in me, but also a lifelong customer. While diamond purchases aren't frequent for everyone, I won't be purchasing mine anywhere or from anyone else from now on. Thank you Ron!

Initially we had a great experience but when we took the product home, that dramatically changed. I expect great service, quality and care beyond my purchase which I did not get at diamonds international. Within 5 months the claws that held my diamond had shifted. I took it in for repairs and was told it was "wear and tear". I continued to get the claws repaired but when i collected my ring is was in the exact same condition! [redacted inflammatory comment], clearly did not repair my ring and told me if I wasn't happy I can leave the ring with them! Outrageous service! After many attempts to resolve my issue I have had no response. Not only am I unhappy with my ring quality, we greatly regret buying from diamonds international. No one should feel like this when it comes to a piece as special as an engagement ring. [redacted inflammatory comment]

We were sad to see Leisa leave after 10years of working with Diamonds International, she has made the big move to London. Sorry it looks like this may have tied in with the time you have sent emails. I will search through our imbox for them now.

After looking into this matter further I did come across your email and also Leisas response to that complaint email.

As explained by Leisa, we express our disappointment that you are not happy with the service you were provided at Diamonds International. We do strive to insure our customers are happy so I am sorry that you are not.

In regards to your ring, as it was returned to our store in a damaged condition, our jeweller repaired the ring as requested. Our jeweller does assure that he has repaired this ring to the best of industry standards. I am sorry that you are not confident in the repair, in your email you did mention getting the ring back to its original perfect state this will only be achieved by getting a brand-new ring. When something is repaired because it has been damaged we can only repair it to the best of industry standard.

I am sorry we could not achieve a happy outcome in this situation, I hope this makes everything a bit clearer.

If you have read my email then you would know that I was told 2 different stories. I dropped my ring in with 2 clear bends in the claws that your store decided was wear and tear. The ring was only 4 months old when the damage was noticed. I wanted the bends repaired and got them back in the same state with bends STILL in both claws. I was charged for this. What i want to know is what repairs were done? What did i pay for? My ring has clearly not been repaired. I have told the staff from the beginning that the ring has always been like that and was never noticed. Warranty is pointless when damage is determined by you. Everything is written off as "wear and tear". This was never wear and tear and when i just wanted the ring straightened that wasn't done. You cant sell a ring bent, take money to repair the bend and give it back bent. Why is it so difficult for your company to admit your mistake so we can all move forward. You cant charge customers your price tag and not back it up with solid warranty and great customer service.

The service I received from Joy down at the Carindale store was exceptional. She was more then happy to help answer any questions I had and continually kept me up to date with progress of the ring and its resizing. I would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or otherwise. I will defiantly go back to get the wedding ring.

Having searched for weeks to find the right ring, my partner and I decided to take a couple weeks off from looking. This store was the first we tried when our search resumed and we were fortunate to be served by Ron. His customer service was exceptional and we had no doubt in his professional knowledge. As it happened, the first case we approached had the perfect ring and coincidentally, it was during a sale that we visited. Cannot recommend this store more strongly; the service, variety, value and professionalism were unparalleled (and that's after exhausting what seemed like the majority of Brisbane jeweller options).

On our engagement, my partner flew me to Brisbane to have my ring designed in the city store. I had always struggled to find something I liked in the display windows. The whole experience was amazing; Ron put us both at ease. He was full of helpful tips and by combining two rings, helped us design something that I absolutely love (and was within our budget). Six months later I got a matching wedding band and once again he made the entire process simple, even though I couldn't make it to the store this time. I really do believe that their quality and service is beyond compare.
