Firstly our sales person Joy was amazing! Very happy, bubbly and helpful. The experience was perfect thanks to Joy. Secondly we found exactly what we were looking for at this store after feeling like we never would after being to 4 other stores.

We were served by Toni (again) who listened intently and assisted us to find the right piece for my wife. The item wasn't currently in the store at the time we arrived but Toni enquired to discover the item was being returned to the Carindale and promptly rang us on its arrival.
