Have shopped here a few times how sad the store is closing soon as the staff here always helpfull friendly thanks guys

I went to dick smith in caloundra at the start pf the last school term, as my son needed a cordless mouse for school. I wasnt really sure what would be available as it was something that I hadnt had to buy before. The guy that served me was good. He showed me the different options available, I was worried that we would be replacing the batteries all the time, but he assured me that the batteries last quite a long time, (which has turned out to be true), I was served straight away and was in and out quickly which was good.

I have been only a couple of times to this Dick Smith. The range and quality is good.

I went into dick smith at caloundra last week because I needed to buy a new computer for the kids to do their homework on. They had heaps of laptops to choose from, the guy that served me was very helpful as I have no idea about computers. He recommended two fir me to choose from, the one I chose was on special which was good, I also got a printer and he took a bit extra off as I bought more than one thing. When I got home and couldnt work something out, I rang and asked a question and they were great, will definately shop here again.

Service was great - most helpful - explained thoroughly and worked out what was best for me - friendly staff
