I was lookin for an ipod station for my daughter and knew nothing about them. The staff were very helpful and knew their products well.

i am sick and tired of waiting in line and your next and then the staff go and serve someone else its just bull crap waited in line for over 30 min

Service was ridiculous, waited at the counter with what I wanted to purchase, even with the correct change. No one made eye contact or even acknowledged me. Ended up walking out after 5 mins of staff walking passed me. Never again dick!

I have received fantastic service from here every time I have shopped. Staff there always have time to explain products and I have never felt rushed to make a purchase.

i always find that the staff here don't want to help you much, they never approach customers, and if u approach them, they don't have much knowledge. its a case of only going there because i had to.

I always come away from a shopping experience At Dick Smiths knowing that I have gotten the best price. Their merchandise always seems to come with extra bonuses which I always take full benefit from. I can still see the girl trying to stuff a monitor back in its box after I asked her if I could see it out of the box. My bad, but she was wonderful.
