Di is the best pet carer I have ever had the privilege of employing. Before Di, the people I employed to walk my dog let me down badly. So when I decided to try Di, I thought to myself "oh god, here we go again". At our first meeting she arranged to meet my dog and spent time speaking with me about his temperament, needs and what I expected from her. She arranged a dog-walk diary to record their outings, which I've found reassuring, useful and amusing. I have since seen Di with her own dogs. The skill and love with which she trains them is wonderful to watch. I can not recommend her or her team highly enough.
