Andrew (Direct Option) responded promptly to our request for quote via the Builder App and visited our place the next day to provide a quote to install 5 pendant lights (3 above the kitchen benchtop and 2 above the dining table) and a 5 gang switch. We decided to go with Andrew because he was up front with the costs and most importantly his quote was reasonable when compared to 2 others received.
