Pretty sure our cat was disappointed when we arrived back to pick him up after having him stay very happily in his "maxi condo" for 12 nights. Kate and the girls were fabulous and took genuine concern and interest in Benny and his stay. Loved seeing him on instagram when they posted something and also the time taken out to email me during my holiday to let me know how Benny was getting on. Couldnt recommend them highly enough - Benny will be back- and would image he'll be thrilled to return in the near future.

Mrs Chippy and Lucy recently stayed at Divine Creatures (DC) for a couple of weeks and I was absolutely delighted with the professional care they received from Jules and her team. No detail was overlooked and their communication was purrfect. I was particularly concerned for Mrs Chippy as she had recently had surgery for a blockage in her bowel and it was important that her feeding and meds routine was maintained during her stay. Everything went like clockwork and Mrs Chippy came home a happy, healthy and relaxed cat. Lucy on the other hand is a very nervous cat and the staff managed to work out an arrangement for her to sleep in a secluded area that suited her temperament and eased her anxiety. This was “the girls” third stay at DC and right from my first introduction to the friendly staff at DC I have had complete confidence in their ability to understand the needs and care for “the girls”. The previous two stays were for shorter durations so the Deluxe & Maxi Condos that worked well. However, this time it was a longer stay, so at the suggestion of the staff, I decided to book a suite as it offered more room and was appropriate for both “the girls” different habits. Mrs Chippy likes climbing while Lucy prefers to hug the floor. From the photos that the staff thoughtfully sent me at various times during “the girls” stay I could see that both cats had the space they required to be comfortable during their stay and I was thankful for this. They do care for each other however they are not siblings so their social spacing is important. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jules and her staff and they understand that fur babies in their care are part of the family and are committed to making their stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend following DC pre-stay guidelines as it helps your fur babies to better transition to their stay. “The girls” arrived home in perfect shape and settled in really quickly and I can’t thank the Team at DC for the wonderful care they received which made this all possible. I will definitely booking “the girls” in again at DC next time we all need a holiday.

We were delighted with how well Lucy was looked after by the staff. She stayed for 5 weeks last year during our house renovations so we had no hesitation in leaving our 'little person in a fur coat' in their care again recently for 2 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble, even though she needed a special diet. She looked terrific when we picked her up, all bright eyed and bushy tailed and settled back into home quite quickly.

Our 12 year old timid cat who had never been socialised or handled was cared for wonderfully. The team helped in planning to catch her and then took such care with her when she was there for 4 nights. She came home relaxed and settled back into her routine quickly. The recommended accommodation was at the entry level cost, suggested to meet the cat's needs (even when I asked about different rooms) which shows a caring place run on great principles. The owner and team and facilities are wonderful. I hesitated for 10 years about boarding our cat. Will happily bring her back.

The staff and accommodation are fantastic. When I lost my beloved puss Bess they were so caring. Now I take Daisy there and they are wonderful with her. While I was away longer than I had meant to be the staff sent me messages and videos to reassure me Daisy was doing fine. In fact when I went to collect her she went back in her accommodation. From the moment I met the wonderful staff and had a look at their boarding facilities I knew my cat was in for a treat. The staff are so caring and loving towards their feline guests. I highly recommend Divine Creatures.

Devine Creatures is an outstanding Cat boarding facility. The staff are so caring and loving and we were happy to leave our cat and were not worried about her the whole time we were away. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they love the cats as if they were their own.

I took my two rescue boys to stay with Jules and her amazing team of cat-lovers... I wish there was more stars to recommend them more highly.
My two boys aren’t the most well-adjusted cats. One is aggressive, and my other little boy is badly affected by suffering at the hands of horrible people. Both are beautiful cats but need understanding and patience.
They received that and far more at Divine Creatures.
The service at Divine Creatures is absolute first class. All the staff are cat fanatics, kind, soothing and loving caretakers. Yet the thing I love most is that my little Max is hyper-anxious (already suffered a blocked urinary tract) and is so beautiful but also very very scared and this has a direct impact on his health.
Jules and her team were so on top of his delicate state, and so immediate and amazing in their response and care for him. If you love your cat, take him or her to this place.
Simple as that. They are amazing

Great place to board your cat. The cats, of course, didn't want to be boarded but were much less stressed than at normal catteries. Staff were great. Will definitely use them again.
