Many thanks to Sarah,Duncan and team for transforming our dated bathroom to a six star luxury hotel bathroom.DNA ticked all boxes as to timeliness,quality and professionalism.Most importantly all lines of communication were always open.All tradesmen were courteous,clean and respectful.We are now looking forward to complete our second bathroom soon with DNA.In addition as a result of our experience with our first bathroom we contracted DNA to renovate our second bathroom and powder room.The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent.In particular the waterproofing has two very thick applications and the floor required straightening .The end result is a resort five star luxury bathroom/powder room.Special mention to Rick who is a highly competent and diligent tradesman.Duncan and Sarah again were excellent to work with.The job was done on time!

Duncan, Sarah and their team have just completed major renovations to my bathroom, toilet, laundry, ensuite, kitchen and front entrance flooring and totally exceeded my expectations! Their standard of work is exceptionally high and they have been a pleasure to deal with. They did what they said they'd do (and a whole lot more) - arrived on time, kept me informed every step of the way and found solutions to all the inevitable, unexpected challenges. Our bathroom and laundry renovation was finished right on schedule. I cannot recommend DNA Bathrooms more, all emails were responded within 24 hours, Duncan managed the project really well and even when we decided on a custom made linen cupboard and laundry tough after the project started, Sarah and Duncan were able to get back to us with a quote and fixtures within a day. Duncan also checked with me on everything and was extremely patient with my endless questions! I would highly recommend DNA Bathrooms!

The smallest room in the house but the most complex to renovate! We needed a complete bathroom renovation, chose DNA to do the job and were not disappointed. The project was very well managed by Duncan and Sarah who were always available by phone or email and prompt in responding to any questions/concerns we might have. Rob, who oversaw the actual site work, was great - his friendly manner and excellent trade skills easing a lot of the inevitable stress of any renovation. Every tradesperson employed by DNA - carpenter, plumber, tilers, painters, electrician - came on time, was polite and did their work well. We are very happy with the end result which was completed exactly on time. Having the bathroom professionally cleaned at the end of the project was an added bonus.

We had our old bathroom gutted and completely renovated from scratch by DNA Bathrooms in June. The project took 4 weeks and went without a hitch. All fittings, fixtures and workmanship were of excellent quality (and I'm fussy!) and our new bathroom looks fabulous! Everyone we liaised with - from Duncan who organised the initial quote, supplies & paperwork, Daniel who oversaw all the other tradies and daily work, the painters, plumber, tilers and electrician, to Sarah who patiently answered all my questions, followed up everything and ensured everything went smoothly - was so helpful and hardworking. Everyone working on our bathroom kept mess and disruption to a minimum and a cleaner was sent at project end so that our beautiful new bathroom was spotlessly clean and shiny. Costwise, DNA is mid-range, not the cheapest and not the most expensive - and excellent value. I would not hesitate to recommend or use DNA again.

We chose DNA to remodel our ensuite after finding their website online. The organization of their company impressed us and after meeting with Duncan we knew that we had made a good choice. All of the people,Duncan, Sarah, Michelle, Rob, and the many other tradies who helped on this project, were professional, pleasant and caring. We were very happy with the care taken to keep our carpeting and house clean while tearing out tile and flooring.The whole experience was a good one. Our ensuite is exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend DNA to anyone wanting a fantastic job of remodeling.

Duncan proposed a design that took into account our special accessibility and safety requirements and in September 2013 the DNA team began the strip-out and renovation process. We were impressed by DNA's planning and execution of the project, and by the frequent updates from Rob and Sarah. DNA bathrooms converted two old (60s) rooms – one had a bath and one had shower, but neither could really be called bathrooms - into an ensuite and bathroom/laundry combined. The job involved removing asbestos, carpentry, plastering, painting, plumbing, tiling and electrical work. Two toilets and two showers were installed, along with a new hot water service and an essential power-board upgrade. Duncan and Sarah did a wonderful job designing, costing and coordinating all the work. They also organised the use of a portable bathroom, which made a huge difference. The project manager (Rob) and tradies were all highly skilled and professional in everything they did. The site was left tidy each day and the bathrooms were finished before time, with no hidden expenses. We are thrilled with the finished product and highly recommend DNA bathrooms to anyone.

We chose DNA for our kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovation primarily based on WOMO reviews and they certainly live up to their reputation. After always struggling to find good, reliable tradesmen we were nervous to start such a big project as new homeowners. DNA helped us feel much more comfortable and confident with the process from our very first meeting with Duncan. Their prompt communication and updates really help to make the process go smoothly. With any renovation, you would expect some bumps along the way and DNA did a great job to resolve any issues so that we were completely satisfied. Rob, our project manager, was exceptional. I highly recommend DNA and wouldn't hesitant to use them for future home upgrades.
