Kitchen Renovation. We renovated 2 bathrooms in November 2010 and were impressed with Duncan's flexibility. He was professional and his workmanship was of a high quality. He and his team were always available and happy to answer our questions, and we've never renovated before so we had a lot of questions! Duncan's quote was by far the most detailed we received (and we got a lot of quotes), which showed that he really listened to what we wanted, and gave us peace of mind we weren't going to get any nasty surprises. Duncan patiently re-quoted a number of times when we couldn't make up our mind, and more importantly delivered on time and on budget.

Duncan communicated exactly what work would be done when, and how much noise to expect, so I could cater for our toddlers nap time. I knew exactly where the renovation was at everyday and the DNA team worked tirelessly to make sure the impact on our household was minimal. Every night they put everything away and swept up after them so we could use our common areas as normal.
