2/2. Manegerials renegged to voided response, there pushing inevitible return enquiries back randomly at front desk. Cool for Admin, they only punched a short search for call log histories, really pretty quick smart.

I recently had an excellent experience with Gabrielle Kelly, who was thorough and caring. I also really like Holly Harman who is fantastic.

However, not all doctors at this clinic are good. Last week I broke my left foot on a 44 kilometer run. I was in a lot of pain and took the first appointment I could get, it was with Magda Janiak. The appointment was less than 5 minutes and she didn't refer me for imaging, or offer pain relief and I was a bit amazed to still be charged $48 for Magda to tell me to see a podiatrist and that she doesn't know anything about feet. The podiatrist sent me for an x-ray, the right meniscus bone is broken and I am in a moon boot, and being re-x-rayed in a week. I think you really need to check out the reviews for the doctor you see, as Madga was not helpful and also looked at my feet as if they were something to be ashamed of. Some of my toenails are discoloured from running but overall my feet were very clean and the left foot was so sore. I was in extreme pain which is why I had gone to a doctor first. Anyway. Avoid Magda if you have a foot issue!

I have seen a couple of doctors in the surgery Dr Sara Rayner is outstanding. she is exceptionally professional and warm and exceptionally kind and in general is very punctual .

I cannot recommend her high enough she has supported me through some of the most challenging parts of my life.

she has always been supportive thorough and has listen to my concerns.

she is an exceptional doctor and a wonderful person.

Sybil is exceptionally experienced and supported
doctor that for me when Sara was not around .

I can not say enough positive things about her both Sybil and Sara are both wonderful doctors and I'm very lucky to have been under their care

I have been registered with this practice for 5 years. During a very difficult period of bad health affecting my husband, we had many appointments with Leanne and Sybil. Their patience, understanding and support coupled with professional expertise was more than we could ever have hoped for. Both are excellent doctors, are warm and welcoming, inspiring confidence in their treatments and advice. Thank you for all you have done for us.

Thorough check-ups with fast bookings and bulk billing as you pay. I definitely recommend this clinic. I will keep going as this has become my preferred clinic.

I like Dr Ratan Mandel. He does six monthly bloods on me to make sure my body is running correctly and gives good advice on the fine tuning of my lifestyle. His approach to preventative maintenance I find reassuring in my middle years. He also tends to all my ailments professionally with understanding and he is genuinely interested in my wellbeing. That’s why I keep going back to him.

I have attended this practice for 6 plus yrs and have always felt I have been cared for with the greatest of care and medical expertise I visit 2 of the doctors regularly and occasionally some the other doctor s I depend on them and feel happy and safe under their care

Dr Mandal is great. No fuss, doesn’t muck around and knows his stuff. Good service overall and can recommend him.

It was our first visit with dr. Hartman as we usually see dr. Sutton (who is amazing but on leave)
