Dog Lovers

Been a customer of Dog lovers for about 4 years. My last appointment was on Thursday, when I got Max in the car he was soaking and not cut as nice as normal. On contacting them to let the now, I’m told I’m a constant complainer. I have asked two questions ( or complaints) 1 being he had a few knicks after a groom one quite deep on his neck, and the other was he was crying with pain after another around his side, I asked if he had had a fall. On both occasions was told that nothing noted on his file, so no fault of theirs. Kerry didn’t let me try and explain as she had groomed him this time, my options were to take him in Friday or Saturday and she would fix his cut whatever the problem was. (She didn’t see a problem) I couldn’t get back as I had appointments. Then I was told in a very abrupt way that maybe they weren’t the groomers for me… I have never been so angry, the staff have changed over the years and this lot no smiles. Don’t believe the name dog lovers.
So now I will find a new groomer where Max will be happy

My two Maltese Shih Tzu when clipped and groomed come out looking fresh and clean and smelling wonderful. They really do a wonderful job and care about what they do and pricing is competitive as well.

Very friendly staff, the girls are a pleasure to deal with. My dog looked great after her clip. Will be back.
