After our dog sitter had to cancel at last minute, we had to find a boarding kennel at very last minute - Doggy Pause were fantastic to fit our two crazy pups in, and we now wouldn't go anywhere else. The facilities are exceptional, and the customer service even better - I don't think our pups were ready to come home because they had so much fun! Plus, the drive to Kulnura is a gorgeous one too!

My dog, Winston has stayed here twice now and we think the world of Doggy Pause. It's so relaxing when on holiday to think that your dogs are having a great time as well and in such good care with unbelievable facilities...they are really spoilt! Couldn't recommend this place enough and it's such good value for money when compared to kennels and what your dog gets for the $.

I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving my dog here. This was his first time in a boarding environment. Knowing he was in good hands was very comforting. The staff are amazing and very friendly.

Entrusting my dog at a boarding kennels for the first time made me feel a little nervous, however I will never feel this again after having experienced a very caring and professional service, I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

Molly has always been very well looked after. I have never had any problems and the staff have always been polite and helpful. I love that Molly gets to play most of the day and is not stuck in a kennel.

We have 2 beautiful but very active dogs and the idea of taking them to regular kennels would horrible. Red our oldest has been visiting Willow and the gang for 3 yrs now and her little pup sister joined her for the first time earlier this year. As always they can back tails wagging and looking healthier than when they left (all the running around always trims a few pounds)! My pups are my little princess's and I would not send them anywhere I wasn't confident they loved. And they do!

Great to pickup your best friend up and to know he has been looked after so well. Its always a worry with kennels as chances are your dog comes home distressed but our dog came home happy and tired from all the playing. We now know going away will be easier now that we have found Doggy Pause- thankyou so much

We recently left our dog Baby at Doggy Pause for 4 weeks. We were able to relax and have a good holiday as we knew she was in good hands at Doggy Pause. When we picked her up she was in very good spirits and condition. We will only leave her with Doggy Pause from now on.

Molly has two stays at Doggy Pause this time for 5 weeks. We went o'seas happy and contented knowing Molly would be lovingly cared for,good food,treats, large play exercise area and lots of playmates.

Absolute peace of mind that our dogs will be free to exercise as they are active dogs. Our dogs are always excited on arrival and affectionate with staff on departure so we know they have been treated well. All staff always respond to queries promptly and professionally and this is a business that meets all our needs. We have visited many many similar ones and are astonished they exercise for dogs is so often seen as an additional extra. This business is unique in the marketplace but it shouldn't be.

We always travel safe in the knowledge our dogs are being well looked after at Doggy Pause - love the new facilities and personal level of care given to the boarders.

Chippie and Bubbles have stayed here four times, and they love it. The best thing is they get to play outside for about six hours a day. They come home so exhausted and just want to sleep. We always know that they are well looked after by Willo and all the dedicated staff and volunteers. The photos and videos also give you peace of mind.

We were amazed when we dropped Hank off for his first visit. We were so happy with the care he was given during his first stay we followed up with another one even when we didn't go away ourselves. We would like to continue doing this for Hank and couldn't be happier that we have found a place where we are not worried about leaving him and more importantly he is so excited to go and has a great time with all the running around! We have already highly recommended doggy pause to quite a few people.

Coco has stayed at Doggie Pause a number of times and, whilst I miss her terribly, I know she is having a fantastic time and probably not thinking of me at all. I love what you do for the doggies and your business is such an example for everybody out there! I admire that you can do the job you love :) You are such an entrepreneur and I am so glad you followed your heart many years ago :) Since we met you it has been so nice to go on holidays when we cannot take the doggies with. I never liked the old fashioned kennels and always felt so bad leaving the kids there. When we arrived in Aus in 2008 it made it even more difficult since the doggies spent 7 months in quarantine I didn't want kennels that would remind them of quarantine. I was so blessed to found you back in 2009 soon after they came out of quarantine and seeing how excited the 3 musketeers was every time they saw you was a sign that it was the right move. From the early days of their doggy day care and through our own ups and downs it was always nice to know that sending them to you they are in a happy stable environment where they are loved.

I know how hard that is to achieve having gone through several accreditation audits during my working life.
However, I am really not surprised. Your facility is second to none.
Our dog, Molly, loves it – she never balks or whinges when we turn up for a stay there – and I think she likes your food better than mine. She's been a bit fussy since she's come home after a 2 week stay.

Fantastic staff, a good experience for any canine furkid. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but then there is a lot of room for the dogs to run around in the open during their stay.

Outstanding. The next best thing to being at home with family. Our dogs were loved and they loved their holiday.

After using Doggy Pause, I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else. It is the closest thing to home-away-from-home with plenty of care, attention and (most importantly) outside play and interaction with other dogs and people. I'm happy to pay a little extra for a place that you could never call a 'kennel' but a really loving dog minding service. It's a holiday destination for my pup while I have my holiday.

The staff at Doggy Pause do more than just look after my dogs, they actually care about their wellbeing while I am away. Which allows me to relax knowing that my fur-kids are in great hands.
