We wouldn’t send our greyhound Evie anywhere else. She has been a visitor to Dogs Country Club for many years now. If she doesn’t settle in one of the boarding areas they move her to one better suited to her. She comes home happy, healthy, and clean. Thank you to all the doggy doaters! Very happy clients!

Our 2 dogs love their stays with the Doggy Doaters at the Country Club. We are secure in the knowledge that our boys will be well exercised, loved and pampered. We use the Dogs Country Club and Kennel Resort frequently throughout the year. The Doggy Day Care Service is also appreciated. Very handy support.

Hi Paul and staff, Thank you for taking such great care of Charlie while we were away in Metung for a few days. He was very chuffed to be upgraded to the Penthouse Suite and enjoyed his time with his new friends. We always go on holidays knowing that he is in very good hands and will be receiving Gold Class service when he stays at Dogs Country Club. We picked up Evie today and she was happy and healthy. She loves being at Dogs Country Club and we are secure in the knowledge she is well looked after. This was her 5th holiday there and she also loves doggy daycare! We heartily recommend Dogs Country Club to anyone who wants to send their furbabies there. 10 out of 10!!!

These people took such wonderful care of our anxious German Shepherd. He came home well cared for, happy and more social with other dogs. We left our dogs med's behind and they delivered to our home same night. We will not leave our precious Shephard any where else. This business definately put the dogs first. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

As an extremely fussy puppy mother, I researched all the kennels Melbourne wide and eventually found DCC. After taking the tour of the premises, I was impressed at the care taken by the doaters towards the guests there as well as the range of food available and the "nothing is too much trouble" attitude of the staff. We were off to the USA, and received a call from DCC to say one of our dogs was not well - they took our senior pup to the vet and arranged medicine and kept us informed all the time of what was happening -luckily it was just a bout of gastro. Upon our return, we were given a run down of all the doggy friends ours played with and what they had eaten and who had looked after them. I was extra impressed as both of ours are 14 years old (one wth kidney disease) and needed that extra care. Oh any DCC never even charged for the vet trip. If you are looking for a kennel, I would unreservedly recommend DCC (go take the tour so that you know where your pups will be housed and this together with the attitude of the staff, gave me piece of mind). Will definitely be back! Thank you again.

All 3 of my pups have enjoyed quality time @ DCC. Our youngest and most energetic, Australian Shepherd LOVES visiting, so much so he leaps out of the car and doesn't look back, to say goodbye. The office is very well managed, all my lodging reservations have been handled very efficiently.The staff have gone above and beyond to assist us in last minute and very busy periods of our life - there's been a few! Upon pick up, am always impressed that you are given feedback on your pup's day or stay. Can't say enough good things, will never go anywhere else.

Our cocker spaniel Smidge loves going to doggie day care and staying over night, He gets the best care and attention and never looks back to mum and dad when we drop him off. We are so happy at the care and love he receives, Highly reccommend this place.

The third visit by our small dog now aged eleven years old. We picked her up this morning,she was happy and obviously had enjoyed the attention given by the great staff. Would be happy to recommend this kennel to anyone,especially owners who hate leaving their precious pets.

I cannot recommend Dogs Country Club & Kennel enough. From the moment of my dogs first visit I was in love. Clean grounds, friendly staff more than willing to assist with any queries, great prices & all the staff clearly love dogs! I love that they know exactly what your dog has been doing whilst in their care & they get free play at no extra cost. So happy with their service.

Excellent establishment, outstanding affection and care. Facilities are top class, thorough understanding of dog psychology. All dogs are treated with care and consideration,. Would thoroughly recommend. P.S. Oscar gives it five wags.

Dogs Country Club is the best kennel I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. All the doggy doaters are incredibly friendly and caring. It has lovely clean environment with big play pens. I know my dog is very well cared for and she is always eager when we arrive and comes home very happy. She is a regular visitor both for short holidays and day care, and the most important point is I don't have to worry about her while I'm away because I know she is having fun and being cared for.

Have dealt with Dogs Country Club for 3 years, they have cared for our dog as if it were their own, no complaints.

I take my dog here regularly for day care and he loves it! He's always so excited to go in and play with the other dogs!
Each time I drop him off he also lights up when he see's the doggy doaters so I know he must love going there.

On longer stays, could (admittedly only slightly!) improve the dogs' weight changes, which understandably may be very difficult given our dogs' personalities and eating habits...

My dog Baz has been going to this resort for both day care and boarding since he was 8 months old and the staff are now a big part of his life. He lights up when I drop him off and I believe he is at his happiest at the resort playing and interacting with lots of different dogs. He has made some great doggy friends and I am sure he will continue to attend the resort for years to come. Like the other reviews, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. My dog is my heart and soul and I thank DCC so much for bringing so much joy to his life

So many positive things to say about this business and its staff. First off I was very surprised and touched when I received a lovely gift from them after my oldest dog had passed away. Thank you.
I always feel at ease when I arrive to drop my dog off for a holiday and see all very happy and enthusiastic staff. I instantly think if they enjoy their job then they will be kind and friendly with all the dogs staying with them, not short tempered and stressed out.
Every area of the resort is spotless and clean smelling. They kindly didn't mention the tears in my eyes as I left my dog with them and finalized my details in the office but I know them mentioning several times how much fun my dog will have was to cheer me up.
A few days into my holiday I wrote a short note asking how my dog was and I was grateful for the short comment back knowing they would be very busy. I know it sounds like this business will have sky high prices with all this attention to detail but they really aren't much different in price than elsewhere but hugely different in service standards.
If you really do feel your dog is your best friend/ family and want the best care then this is the only business you should choose for you both to have a good holiday.

i could not recommend highly enough the Dogs Country Kennel Resort in Baxter .. Our 3 dogs, Charlie , Harry & Rusty have been here many times now, and we would not leave our precious dogs anywhere else.
The care and attention they give is exemplary.. Our dogs are always happy to go back time and again.

My dogs are quite spoilt and I always hate leaving them, but since I have found Dogs Country Club, the dogs are always happy and healthy when I pick them up, so I don't feel so guilty!! The staff are great and really seem to love our dogs too. Very professional and caring.

I recently had my dog stay here. The staff are really friendly and my dog was so happy when I picked him up. Will definitaley be coming back soon and I love that you now have day care and Max is very excited to come back and play for the day.

We have a 15 year old Golden Retriever and were worried about leaving her in kennels while we went on holiday. We found the staff at Dogs Country Club and Kennel Resort professional, competent and caring. It was a completely seamless experience for us and our dog seemed rejuvenated after her stay. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

My dog has been to this kennel 3 times now and is always looked after very well. He is always happy to get into the place and seems to be very happy to be there. It's always hard to leave your dog but I feel that this is one of the best kennels around, they genuinely love animals (they also run Cooinda Cattery which is close by). It is a great place to send both your dog and cat when away from home.

We use Country Club resort several times per year and cannot rate it highly enough. Jez, our cavalier spaniel, can't jump out of the car quick enough which is unusual for him! The tail doesn't stop wagging and he can hardly turn around to say goodbye he gets so excited. Professional, caring staff, clean premises, lots of love for our 'children', what more could you ask for?

My dog has been staying here when we go away for over 4 years, he is always happy and excited as soon as we turn up Sumner Road, this morning as we left we whimpered all the way down Sumner Road looking out the rear window ....we know it's his favourite holiday resort ! Everyone is very friendly and doggy stay holiday postcards at end of visit a hit with the kids. Can't imagine letting him holiday anywhere else.

My dogs LOVE staying at Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort. They are treated like family and the care shown by the doggie doaters is absolutely the best you will find anywhere. My pugs sometimes have special needs during the hot weather and the staff are always making sure they are cool and get to stay in the air conditioned 'penthouse suite'. I cannot rave about them enough.

AMAZING - our 2 staffies Lucy and Gary are regulars here and always come home happier, shinier and chubbier than ever ( which is significant as at previous other kennels they would fret and lose weight!)
Paul, Donna, Sam and team are so loving and caring. Our dogs rush through the gate to go in and stay! Its like a holiday resort for dogs. Have 110% trust in the staff and would highly recommend. Outstanding care and customer service ALWAYS.

The BEST boarding kennels ever! I hate to be away from my pooch, especially after putting her through the stress of relocating to Australia from New Zealand, but have absolutely no hesitation what so ever leaving her with the lovely staff at Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort! She is always so happy when I pick her up :) She is weighed on drop off and pick up and a nice 'report' on how she was during her stay is always provided. I have never seen a boarding kennel provide such high standards as these folks do - it's just awesome! Thanks so much 'Doggy Doaters'...Onney will be back soon for her next stay :)
