My husband bought outfit for me as a surprise, was informed by [redacted due to personal identifier] that exchange is easy should I not like items. Went back to exchange, what a nightmare. Staff completely unfriendly, eyes rolling etc and was told that the entire amount had to be exchanged in one transaction, could not give me credit for balance. Ended up spending more money to purchase and additional item that I did not want or like. Staff completely unsympathetic. Felt shop lacks ethics for hard earning customers.

Dollhouse is a beautiful dress shop (mostly for formals). The dress are gorgeous and are by designers like sherri hill.These dresses have been modelled by Kendall and kylie Jenner. Dresses are expensive but are worth it. They have long and short dresses and the service is great.
