HAVE QUALIFIED MECHANIC LOOK OVER ANY CAR BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Purchased a car with RW certificate, had it for two weeks then took to my mechanic, who is a licensed RW technician, for a look over. There was a list of RW items that were faulty and hadn't been complete. Scheduled to have the items fixed through Don, dropped the car off for three days where the mechanic didn't show up at all. Rescheduled a week later where they had the car for 4 days returning it with a dent in the door and the AC still not working. Took it back to my mechanic for another look over, still RW issues not completed. Back to Don L where it sits for another 4 days where Paul the mechanic ends up breaking a cable which then needed replacing that took another few days. Finally got the car, this time it came with a red paint scratch on the side mirror. Two days later, another issue where it has to go back. It sits at the car lot another 4 days while they "wait for the part" that never appeared nor did they ever send the claim in to AWN so I've had to take the car out of their care completely and source another option at my own costs. DO NOT BUY A CAR UNLESS IT'S PROFESSIONALLY LOOKED AT FIRST!!

Could not be happier with this great family business. No rubbish, honest prices, fully log book serviced cars, honest with all upfront costs, and a good selection of quality cars.
They are not polished up to the tee and carefully detailed, like other yards in the area, but we found the best deal here. Other places went out of their way to offer $20k finance to go out of our budget, had older cars for sale well above market value and were not upfront about the condition of the cars.
As a woman, I was treated like rubbish by other dealers who must of thought I was clueless, but Don had utmost respect and honesty. Everything checked out and the car is fantastic! 3 year warranty, log book servicing done onsite for a fixed rate, very fast with paperwork, and the market value of the car is the same as what we paid drive away.

Bought a 2004 toyot kluger in feb 2015. Had to drive from north qld to brissy to pick it up so we hadnt seen car before arranging to buy. Was told it was in absolutely 98% condition and only had minor scratches on paint work. Got all the way down to find out that carpet in the boot area had black marks everywhere, there was food and ants in the back seat cup holders, the cd player was broken so was the aircon dial, there was tear in the leather on the front seat and thats just name a few. Was made to rush through the paperwork without seeing the car first so we didnt know any of this, so much so that we realised later that instead of giving me the $7500 trade in we were told we had been given for my 2010 holden cruze, was actually 6000 on the paperwork so we now have to pay an extra $1500 to their brokers finance company. Not to mention the whole time we were there one dealer kept going on about how my son must be the milkmans kid cos he has red hair and my partner is blonde. Even after i told him my father is a red head. We found this to be very disrespectful. They also registered my trade in practically straight away whilst leaving our car almost a month without swapping registration to our names so we were driving a car that wasnt registered to us. Had to call them several times to see what they were doing about it and our only answer was "thats not how we do it". Never ever again! We even recieved a letter asking us to tell our friends about them and to attract more business, sorry but we havent got anything good to tell them and im definitely not going to make them go through a dodgy deal like we did. Not happy at all!
