We recently sold our house and bought a new home. Dorina helped us through the process of selling and was extremely patient with us as we had a super-fast process of listing, selling and a short settlement (a month and a half for the entire process). Dorina worked very hard on getting all the paperwork we needed completed and in a professional manner.
When we were going through the process of buying our new place, we went through the Victorian Home Equity Scheme and this was an entirely new experience for us. Again Dorina was extremely patient with us as we proceeded through all the paperwork and applications with the bank and also Victorian Government. Dorina contacted us throughout the journey to keep us updated and make sure things were still moving forward as needed.
Dorina made sure all alterations were accurate and any moneys required at settlement were transferred on time. We cannot praise her work enough.
As this was our second purchase using Dorina’s service, we were very trusting in her ability to perform as our conveyancer and knew that she would let us know if there were any troubles along the way.
