Glad I found this ... we used to use this dog wash company until we realized what he got up to when we weren't home. A person staying at our house witnessed him trying to get out pertrified dog out from under our cubby house by hitting her with a metal pole. This has resulted in her now being terrified of men. I then realized that he had chased our other dog into the house (again when we weren't home) and grabbed him resulting in the dog urinating on the wall about a meter from the ground presumably through fear. I am the owner of a rotti, who isn't very happy for strangers to come into "his" yard. He gladly let Paul in and he is now one big softy at bath time! I wouldn't consider any other company now.

Paul is friendly and professional. He knows his way around dogs! We have two large Belgian Shepherds who love bath times and especially the little treats Paul slips them. I can't rave enough about the incredible shine he gets on their coat and the pleasant long lasting smell of the shampoo. I'd never use another.

Paul is excellent with our labrador. He has a fantastic connection with dogs. He is great with my over eager 6yr old son too. Would never use any other dog washer.
