Threatened me with legal action for asking them to take responsibility for dying plants that I had not asked them to replant and for not doing the job discussed and requested (although I spent half an hour explaining in detail what was required and specified what to focus on). Instead they completed one quarter of what was agreed, decided to spend time on what I had specifically said not to focus on as it was easier to complete, and undertook replanting not requested, resulting in dying plants. The gardener yelled at me and hung up when I was providing feedback. Dr. Garden denied everything and did deduct the half hour of wasted time agreeing the work which was not completed. 100% customer satisfaction is a complete LIE and false advertising - and their only focus was on making excuses and blaming the customer - no focus on the quality of their work, just the 'time spent', even if it was not on completing the work agreed. I have used many gardeners and have never been treated like this or bullied or threatened. Very unprofessional.DO NOT USE - I found out the hard way! I have incurred double cost to get other gardeners to do the work they didn't complete and replace the dying plants.

A huge thank you to the guys at Dr Garden! You have done a fabulous job enhancing our garden to be a place we cant wait to entertain our family and friends! Thank you for your patience and guidance in choosing the materials that were just right for our property. The team was fantastic to work with and they worked hard - and long days - just to get the job done. We would definitely recommend you to anyone that wants some fabulous landscaping done!

My front garden needed help. Luckily I saw Dr Garden advertizing they could offer all landscaping and garden services. I gave a call and very soon Gill came to see my place. We discussed some ideas and he quickly assessed things. He gave me a plan of how things could be done. I felt very confident his team would handle things well. His workers did a great job on the paving, plants and landscaping work. They were very professional and no hassle at all. We looked at various landscape service design sites before settling on Dr Garden. The choice was initially because of the simplicity of the designs. We were convinced after our first meeting with Gill that he would be easy to work with and we were right. Our problem was to avoid too much paving and Tom worked hard to achieve the ragged stepping stone feel. He also produced a beautiful drystone-look edging to garden beds that was exactly what we wanted. There was minimum of interruption and everything was left organised and clean every day. Because we are carrying out further construction we had Dr Garden remodel only half the garden. We will definitely have them back to finish when the construction is complete.

Dr Garden did our front garden this summer and we have had so many compliments from our neighbours on how great it looks! We called them back as we were so happy with the results and they recently finished a part of our backyard which was unusable. It is now a beautiful paved courtyard area which has a BBQ, entertaining area, clothesline and play area for our toddler. They managed to save our frangipani tree and worked it into the design. I even have a herb garden now! Very happy with results and will defintiely use Dr garden again.
