I've been blessed to have found Dr Castro through endless searching on google and after much hesistance, meeting her in person and seeing the results of her work gave me the courage to go ahead in faith to get my teeth fixed by her. I'm a bride-to-be and it meant a lot to have her confidence and friendly manner reassure me that everything will go smoothly. Thanks to her, I can now smile beautifully for my wedding and she also took my financial limitations into consideration for which I am truly grateful. The first time I stepped in their office, I was quite surprised. It does not look like your regular dental office, but it's more of a florist shop or a hotel reception area. The ambience and the energy of the waiting room with all the flowers and aromatherapy is very inviting,calming and distracting. It definitely losses my fear of going to the dentist.
But the main thing that I loved about their office is because they had a personal one-on-one relationship with their patient. THey try to get to know you and think of the best dental care that suits your need. The reason for me coming back all these years to their fabulous office is the the relationship they create to their patient which is I think is what makes the difference between a good dentist and an exceptional dentist.

I had many negative dental experiences that made me feel very scared to sit on the dental chair. My attitude towards dental care changed when I became a patient of Dr Zenaidy Castro. I had major dental works treatment including cosmetic done by her a few years back and I am still getting compliment with my smile. She is highly professional, friendly, and truly caring. Her clinic is welcoming and equipped with latest dental technology.

After years of neglect & not so expert attention from time to time, my teeth have required substantial work including crowns & bridges. They are now however, in excellent care.

Although bigger repairs have proven expensive, an accurate quote has always been given beforehand.

Dr Zenaidy Castro is by far the best dentist that I have been to. She is very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time incredibly caring about her patients.

She has a great personality, which is unusual for dentists from my experience.
I had a serious amount of dental work done by her (complete upper crowns) and it was completely painless. And when it comes to dentists, I am definitely a wimp.

I have told everyone that I know to consider going to her.

The end result was high quality dental work at a cost that was very reasonable (less than I expected), which is unusual for dentists.

An incredible find! Dr. Zenaidy Castro is caring, gentle and explains every procedure she is performing, making one feel as relaxed as possible.
I felt no pain. I feel truly blessed to have met her. Everyone was very pleasant! You folks have created a very nice environment for patients! The the sights, sounds and potential pain of the dentist's office are enough to keep many people away. The office is funky and love the variety of distracting music you play especially the 80's songs. You can even watch movie during your treatment. Very gay friendly office also. I love your office!

Everything about Dr. Castro's office is special. Office looks very retro and homely atmosphere. Bright, colorful and relaxing. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Castro is very gentle and put me at ease and I never felt anxious or nervous. Even the shots for numbing were hardly noticeable. The last dentist I have been to was so grumpy and felt like the procedure and injection was rushed that It felt the needle was so painful. But not with Dr. Castro. I raved about her injection technique. I hardly noticed it.

Each time I felt uncomfortable she noticed immediately and asked about my comfort - always looking after me. So, it's a very comfortable environment. It's also very classy and aesthetic. It's just WOW!

Dr.Castro has been my dentist for the last 8+ years. Dr.Castro is very professional and has always explained all the treatment options available to me within my budget. The rooms are bright and cheerful and the staff are very friendly. I do not mind going to the Dentist because I find that Dr.Castro's relaxed yet professional attitude is very reassuring.

I have been going to Dr. Castro for over 6 years and I've had alot of dental work done. Everything has been to my satisfaction and I totally trust her with my mouth (one of my larger investments at this point.) Although she and her staff are personable, professional and do a great job, I want to share that I also feel like they really care about me and treat me like family. Recently I called with a horrible tooth ache and they fit me in immediately despite their busy schedule, listened to me, showed compassion and charged me an EXTREMELY fair price . Unlike with my previous experience, I don't felt ripped off and dishonestly overcharge. She doesn't push an expensive treatment plan when a least costly conservative treatment would work the same way. Not all dentists are the same and I'm lucky to have found Dr. Castro

I was looking for a cosmetic dentist on the net and their website have a lot of before and after and very informative. When I have my consultation, they give me a thorough options and suggestions. Their fees are pricey but since I know I can trust them from the proof of there photographs work, I have smile makeover treatment. It''s pricey but its all worth all those investment. And Im very happy with the result. I'm rapt!
