I am so impressed with the service I received from Drainpro. I had broken pipes and required dig up of concrete floors to replace the pipes. Within 30min of diagnosis, Jaimes was able to thoroughly explain everything to me and provide me with fixed price quote and co-ordinate everything from digging up the concrete, soil removal, pipe installation, new concreting etc. The execution was just as flawless, I was so surprised that everything went according to plan, the entire team was so punctual and friendly. Also their communication to me and between themselves was excellent, I did not have to repeat myself once. Thanks so much Drainpro team for relieving me of my plumbing headaches!

Nick came in for what we thought was a blocked drain. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. Identified the problem quickly, and since it had nothing to do with plumbing (a dead animal under the house was causing the smell) he waived the callout fee and didn't charge us for the service. It was incredible to see such honesty . We are touched and will turn to them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

As a plumber myself, I must say these guys were absolutely amazing, the boys went above and beyond at my place and I couldn't rate them highly enough. When I first met the plumbers at my property they talked the talk about not having problems and only solutions, well I must say they walked the walk as well, my place was full of surprises being an old root invested home, and nothing got in the way of these guys getting the job done.. well done to the whole team.. if your tossing up which plumbers to go with ... You just found them.

Drain Pro exceeded my expectations in so many ways that I'm actually speechless............ Dont waste time and money on plumbers that are general, call these guys, as they are the real Pros when it comes to drains, and more importantly, Customer Service. Truly the best service, I have ever received from a trade business.

Probably not recommended, over priced for what they did, under 2 hours for $460, didn't find the IS (inspection shaft) as required by Yarra Valley Water. Did the job but over priced!

Turned up on time, in the allocated timeframe. Fixed our blocked drains in no time. Cant recommend these guys highly enough! Well worth the money as I wasted several hundreds on plumbers that couldn't fix. I can see why these guys have so many fantastic reviews. My only disappointment, was not calling them first. Thanks
