I first met Susan when she worked for one of the big four banks. I found Susan after googling "best mortgage broker Canberra". I had been wading through the crazy and overwhelming task of trying to buy my first home. My finances were not quite in order, and when I approached my regular bank, I was told that I couldn't get a loan.
