Darren was kind, professional and hard working. He went above and beyond my expectations, my carpet looks like new. Where a stain couldn’t be lifted any further he took the time and explained the reasons well.

I used drytron because of the great results my friend had on her sofa and I’ve already recommended Darren and drytron to two of my friends who also live in the area. I’ll most certainly have you back in the future.

Peter came yesterday to clean a rug for us. He was punctual and very friendly. He organised his equipment and then got to work, closely supervised by our friendly dog, who was the reason the rug needed cleaning. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone.

yet again Box Hill Dryton have saved me following vomiting by my dog. Despite my best efforts it was not pretty. Peter worked with me to find a suitable time (in the week before Christmas) and Robert did a wonderful job - stain gone!!!!! And Darren has always done a great job cleaning my carpets. Very happy with Box Hill Dryton and would recommend them without hesitation.

I was very happy with Rob's work and he was friendly as well. Definately get him to do it next time.

Robert was fantastic he was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing very happy with his work and would definitely prefer him to come again.

Dear Peter,

On Friday 4th May Robert came and cleaned my mother's carpet in East Bentleigh.

I am writing to say what a delightful person he was. He arrived early (having phoned prior to check that this was ok with us) and did an amazing job. My mum is nearly 90 so asked if I could be there...just in case. After Robert left she said to me that I really need not have been there as he was so sweet and polite.

Robert did say the same, that my mum's place was very clean (she really just wanted her carpets freshened up) but mum is over the moon with the results. One rug/mat that is just inside the back door has come up looking like new!!

So, again, thank you to you and your team on the great job!!
