Drytron Carpet Dry Cleaning

Technician was not really interested, dismissive and quite rude. Did the bare minimum. Did not spot clean anything. Carpets literally looked the same after cleaning.Very pricey and was not informed that dry cleaning was not what my carpets needed. Have since had them cleaned for half the price and the result is great.

I would not recommend this business. Technician didn't turn up and no one contacted us to tell us the technician would not be coming.
Service rating would be extremely poor.

From the start where a lady answered my phone call to put in my booking and answered all my questions, and from the time the cleaner arrived - Michael rang to confirm my booking on the day, found a place to park on his own in the city where the apartment is, arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned the carpets really well - everything was done right and stress-free for me. Would definitely book this service again and recommend it to other people.

Overall happy with the service I was provided, he was prompt, friendly and the carpets came up good. He did mark our wall with I assume the handle of his machine which is proving hard to remove, but I don’t think he would’ve meant it. Still frustrating though as it’s a white wall in a new build

Darren from Drytron (Box Hill & Oakleigh) did a brilliant job cleaning our carpets. We have a multi level home, so a complex job, however Darren did the job with patience and care. Excellent end result - carpet feels so much cleaner - & no subtle odours (we have dogs) - just a fresh clean smell!
