Lovely man arrived on time, rapidly assessed what needed doing and then got on with the job. I was really pleased with the results - even the heavy traffic areas came up beautifully.
Also - I'd booked for two rooms + rug. In the end, the rug had gone to another house. I fully expected to be charged for it, but no - I was only charged for the rooms. Excellent service.
Ian did a fantastic job and also arrived and finished on time. The carpet looked great and there was no lingering odours or moisture.
