They did a job for me about 6 months ago. All was fine then. Concrete has started cracking badly and looks terrible and after repeatedly asking [redacted due to personal identifier] to come out and have a look I've come to the conclusion that pride in the longevity of their work or customer care are not a thing for this company. He has repeatedly made promises to come around and every time a no show without a call or text. Now I'm stuck with concrete that looks terrible and I'll make sure everyone know it's this company's work.
