Of all of the Asian-inspired places to eat in the Belconnen district, the Dumpling Inn at Jamison Centre doesn't particularly stand out... but for that matter, it shouldn't disappoint the family... it is just a little stock-standard, westernised style (sweet and sour for example) and doesn't differentiate itself in any way whatsoever. The dishes are the usual suspects, but I just wish that the chef would try something a little more traditional - even something as out there as 'salty fish and chicken fried rice'.

We were waiting for more than 15 minutes after we sat down before we could start Yum Cha. The food quality is just so-so. This was the first time that my boy lost interest of Yum Cha.

I really enjoyed dinning at the Dumpling Inn. My favourites include their Peking meat buns, mongolian lamb and shallot cakes. The list goes on.

They make the best Peking ducks in Canberra. It never disappoints!

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to bring their family or friends out for dinner.

Me and my partner went to Dumpling Inn on a Friday night and it was packed! luckily we made a booking before hand.

We tried their Peking Meat Buns for the first time and fell in love! They come with this really nice red vinegar sauce. We also had the Flounder in Hot Rock Salt. They used the fish bones as a base and fried it into the shape of a bowl. The fish pieces were placed on top. It looked and tasted fantastic.

We would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends.

I love this restaurant, they have very nice peking duck wraps, last time I went there for lunch, can't remember which day it was, they were doing the yum cha, for 2ppl, we spent 40 dollars and we were really really full. they have very nice variety of food as well. quite good.
