The online booking process was easy, I got a fast appointment. The service person arrived on time, was efficient and friendly and provided a solution.
A part was ordered and a follow up appointment made where the service person returned and fixed our air con.

The service was FANTASTIC. Gas central heater needed resetting due to power outage . Rang Paul at 9:15am and he said he would call ion as he was going past and fixed by 11:00am. Imagine no heating winter time in Melbourne .

Paul did an amazing job of getting my Nest Thermostat installed. I'd been trying to find a Nest Thermostat installer in Melbourne and no one had a clue. Paul had already extensively researched the Nest and experimented with a Honeywell. He organised to come and assess my setup and took the unit to his workshop to test different wiring configurations optimised for my Braemar heater. I'm sure he didn't charge for all the experimentation but he's now probably the most experienced Nest installer in Melbourne and I'd highly recommend calling him in.

Recently my dog got an urge to bite and crush the copper pipes on my Mitsubishi Split System air conditioner. Dynamic Heating & Cooling came around and managed to replace the piece of damaged pipe & get my system up and going.
