I used this company a few.months ago. For carpets and lounge cleaning. Nice guy. Fast and efficient but I agreed with him its hard in a rental when the carpets are so old but he did a great job and the carpets felt cleaner and my lounge too. Recommended to all.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning by Joshua. Having used Edry for over 10 years and had many barely satisfactory jobs done I was extremely impressed by Joshua with both his professionalism and the end result. The carpets have never been cleaned so well

I'd like to thank E-Dry for the quality of the carpet cleaning. Two major stains were removed that I thought would require prolonged cleaning and special treatment. However, carpets in all 5 rooms and the hallway were cleaned in 45 minutes with good cleaning results and the two stains removed. On the downside, the cleaner arrived 25 minutes late and I would have appreciated a text message or call to notify me about the delay. Also, the cleaner used the bathroom and left it dirty. Overall I value the carpet cleaning result however the service issues before and after were very unfortunate.

Ever since i moved into this place. It has never been dry cleaned. so i called E- dry. They did a fantastic job on the carpet. The place smelled fresh when they finished. I was very happy.

I had a five-piece lounge suite and rug cleaned by Joshua. He did an excellent job and the difference was amazing. The cleaning really spruced up both lounge suite and rug and the stains disappeared. As Joshua was running late, he had the courtesy to ring me to let me know how long he would be. He was extremely professional, efficient and pleasant. Booked for 3 bedrooms and Lounge to be cleaned. Booked with an overseas call centre who were most helpful and provided me with alot of information about what will happen when the tech arrived.I was promised a reminder call the day before which I received, Thankfully because I might have forgotten. I am a bit silly when it comes to remembering appointments. Tech arrived on time, Offered him a coffee but he seemed to want to get on with the job - Great to see considering you get alot of workers just wanting to sit around and chat. Tech did a walk through with me to explain some stains and told me which ones would be completely removed and some areas which would be lighten by 90%. I was happy for the tech to go ahead with the job, I had full confidence in leaving the tech in the house whilst I hung the washing out and did some house chores outside. When I returned inside the tech was cleaning up he even wiped up his shoes marks on my kitchen tiles, Now thats something you dont see every day. I happily paid the tech $109.00 for my 4 rooms and was even happier to see that I could walk on it straight away. Once carpets were completely dry I was stoked to see that the coffee stain was removed. Thanks Edry sure was a pleasure having you do my carpets
