Our clinic is run by two qualified Osteopaths:

• Dr Daniel Gaitz - Along with Hands on Osteopathy, Daniel is passionate about helping his patients get started with any exercise training. He is qualified in Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Weight Training and Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga instructor.
  
  
  
• Dr Rodney Rowe – Has over fifteen years experience in  osteopathy and massage therapy. Rodney has a special interest in using a wide range of treatment modalities in the care of musculo-skeletal conditions and takes a holistic approach to the treatment of his patients

1. Osteopathic Treatment: Using a combination of treatment  techniques such as massage, stretching, dry needling and gentle joint mobilization to treat the the muscles and joints of the body.
   
   
   

2. Pilates - A Personalized training session with an Osteopath using Clinical pilates equipment (Reformer & Trapeze) to help strengthen your body and help rehabilitate any injury you may be dealing with.

4. Yoga Therapy - Daniel is also trained in traditional Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga. He combines this yoga training with his knowledge as an Osteopath to help his patients at all physical levels. From elite athletes looking to reach their true potential to beginners looking to start their Yoga journey, Daniel caters his teachings to suite his patient’s needs.
