I worked with Bash and his team 10 years ago on a previous property and was very happy with their work, so I reached out again when I needed major underpinning done on a period home. After receiving some f*#%ing outrageous quotes from other companies, Bash provided a very fair price and took the time to explain their approach and techniques. The job was completed in just four days, and despite the work site being on my neighbour’s property, it was left absolutely spotless. All up it was a huge relief to have the job done properly, at a fair price, without the feeling of being taken advantage of—unlike some others who seemed intent on overcharging. Our family home of 56+ years was in need of some care and required re-stumping. Built in the 1920’s this old gem was ready for her foundations to be replaced.

These guys work fast and left the place looking as good as new; replacing all our wooden stumps with concrete and even some rotting joists. They dug out the side of the house to gain access instead of having to go through the floorboards unlike everyone else. They gave explanations for everything and even gave advice on other parts of the renovations and did some extra work that for free.

Came by to the house and gave a quote on the spot. Started work within a few days. Things were done fast and efficiently. and he even got his guys to do some additional work for free. Kept us updated on progress of work daily. Honest and friendly. Highly recommended.

We required underpinning on our home and set about getting quotes for this. After getting around 7 different people to come and give me prices (which differed by up to $5,000) I finally found Basheer (simply by a Google search) and East to West Reblocking.

What a relief to find a professional, knowledgeable company that didn't appear to be out to make as much money as possible for as little work as possible - he submitted a quote that was clear, complete and had no hidden extra costs (permits, bins, rubbish removal etc). hiding in the background.

Bash was happy to take the time when he came to quote (prepared with equipment to take proper measurements etc.) to explain exactly what would be required, advised that the final work depended on the building inspection report (which was all included in his cost) and didn't make us feel like complete nongs for not knowing this in the first place!!

From the quote stage to the finished work, Bash was brilliant - he organised everything in a professional but very friendly manner, he kept us informed as to the progress of permits, inspection times, etc and completed all the work wonderfully and in a timely manner so we weren't inconvenienced at all.

He has his own team of workmen (not contractors) and they were friendly and polite - a pleasure to have digging around in your garden!!

All in all, Bash made this whole process an easy one for us and I'd highly recommend his service and work.
