My experience with Eastlink has been mixed. Initially they were making a lot administrative errors. This has improved but they generally seem slow to process payments and fast to issue threats and fines. Also the forcing of customers to keep a $25 credit balance surely should come under some legal scrutiny as to its legality

With the collection of tolls now proceeding for Eastlink, and with Breeze, the tollway collector flat out issuing passes, I had to ring their call centre this morning as my pass had not been received and had been lost in cyberspace last week. The woman in the customer service centre was one of the most helpful and professional I had dealt with (and I hate call centres) and resolved the problem there and then online. I hope the Tollway works as well as she does - she was brilliant, friendly and helpful. Eastlink saves me about 15 mintutes from Springvale Rd to Ringwood East and looks good, so far.
