We have recently bought a new (old) home that needed some serious updates both from a safety and aesthetic point of view. Sam and his team provided an amazing service. Communication was excellent, advice was consultative and on point, the flexibility to fit us in at short notice was amazing, the focus on safety made us feel very comfortable and assured us our home and our families safety were in good hands, the care for our home was exceptional (thank you again for alerting us to our roof tile issues), and to top it off the balance between professionalism and friendliness was much appreciated.
