Vicky & Joe have created an awesome personalised fitness centre which is unquie. Great community feel and great staff.... I absolutely love my sessions at Eat Play Thrive and have made a few recommendation and will continue to recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Eat Play Thrive excels in all areas! I attend group PT, one on one PT, Pilates and Chiro and find the staff experts in their field and dedicated to ensuring their clients get the best out of themselves. The Studio is a lovely space and prices are reasonable.

Excellent facilities. Staff are supportive and provide varied sessions for all levels of fitness. Always enjoyable! Highly recommend.
