great store with great games and i like their exchange program.i have never had any problems from eb.all my games have always worked and have had no issues with any game sysyems i have purchased through them.helpful and knowledgeable staff.

My husband had a very disappointing experience this week whilst trading in some games for credits on his preorder, not only did the store not put these credits on his account to which we had to call customer service twice about they gave him an $18 trade in on a $60 game. When we asked how this is formulated customer service then informed us that the trade in amount quoted is at the customer service staffs discretion. Needless to say we will not be trading in items with EB anymore.

There is almost always an amazing special at this store, games have in the past been up to 60% off. Questions are easily answered by expert staff and stock is paramount compared to other video games retail outlets.

EB games have some of the best specials ever. Staff are helpful and the shop always has plenty of stock. They are a good company.
