I had them have a look at my laptop that was playing up. They tried to fix it but found a long term fault in my Toshiba laptop :(
So they helped me pull all of my files from the hard drive and save to my hard drive.
I felt that the owner was initially great and wanted to help me as much as he could. Then to learn that he couldn't fix it and I wasn't going to purchase a new/another one from his store. He seemed to loose interest.
Not a company to rave about but they did help me out.
Reasonable prices aswell.
