I had Daniel attend from Efficient Pure Plumbing today to look at an issue I was having with my Ducted heating furnace under the house. Firstly he arrived on time as previously advised. Secondly we discussed the issue and symptoms of the issue I was having. He then proceeded to investigate the actual problem. The diagnosis was what we had discussed and the issue was easily resolved. Daniel was attentive and informative along the whole process from start to finish. His attention to detail was excellent and his customer service was second to none. I could not be happier with the service Daniel provided. It exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend Daniel from Efficient Pure Plumbing to anyone. Hopefully the fault finding mission has been resolved and at the time of writing this review everything is still working. The unit to be fair is very old so next time something happens I think it will be time for a replacement which Daniel & I also discussed if that arises. He went through a lot of the basic information for the moment with some good sound advice. Thanks Again!

Very efficient from first contact to installation of new gas ducted heating boiler by James and apprentice Shaun. But they deserve an extra star - during installation one of my roof tiles was accidentally broken. They immediately informed me of the breakage, showed me a photo of the temporary sealant repair they had done and the next day a tiler arrived to replace the damage tile with a new one !! Wow impressive service in my opinion. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for servicing my units in future.

Extremely happy with everything from when the estimator came to give us a quote through to when the job was fully complete. Damian, Jacob and Hadi did a great job at our house and it was a pleasure to have them in our home, very professional as well as friendly & respectful. The aircon/heating works so well and, as we have a big house, it's great to have the different zones so we can adjust the temperature according to how cool or warm we would like each area to be.
