Efficient Pure Plumbing is a dubious name for an air conditioning place, BUT they were recommended by my son. From first contact they were friendly, informative and professional. Our installation was booked and was done by Joel & Scott, who were great, going the little extra bit to ensure we were happy. Very happy with all departments where staff were always available to answer questions.

I have just had a split system installed by Efficient Pure Plumbing. The whole process from booking the quote through to installation was so easy. I dealt with Daniel at the start who has a wealth of important knowledge on products and what I would need. He then booked Paul to come and quote the job, and his knowledge and professionalism was absolutely amazing. Even through the process, Michael, the Director, was easily contactable and answered any questions I had.

When it came to install, I have never seen neater tradies! Matt and his apprentice were super professional, and took the time to sweep, vacuum and wash down walls after they were done. I was extremely impressed at their work and it is definitely a great reflection on this company!

I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend EPP to anyone.

EPP were the first people to respond to our call. Same day they accessed the problem with our ducted heating. The tech left us the information and same afternoon we were email the quote. We got a few quotes but decided to go with EPP. Kevin and Michael showed up to install the unit and 2 extra outlets upstairs. after a quick introduction the boys started working, for two young men they displayed true professionalism. They even took their shoes off when they came inside the house, they covered the floor when installing the outlets. I understand these two are professional installers but their attention to detail and cleanliness after the job was done, blew me away. They even offered to mop the floor where they had laid the trap. Hats off to you boys. You have certainly won me. I have passed your details to a friend of mine. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Look forward to seeing you guys for service in 12 months.
