Hard to find value for your money in melbourne. These guys install an 8v + 2.5v split systems in our home and have done a very great job. Highly respected the house as well and made sure work was done, and above and beyond they did. Thanks to Tom, michael and kev, were really professional also keeping up the covid standards in our home.

Thanks Daniel and Sam for fixing our old ducted heating.
They did a thorough investigation, advised us what they were doing and why and promptly resolved the problems. They also explained why putting filters in the floor ducts is not a great idea. As a result of the great service we have now booked Efficient Pure Plumbing for a maintenance visit on our cooling system.

We were very impressed with their professionalism.
They gave us a text reminder the day before service and also half an hour prior to arriving.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and detected a carbon monoxide leak in the heater.
He provided photos and spoke to the original installer to verify this fact.

The service we received from our first 'phone call enquiring if the job could be done, to the installation of our unit was second to none. Replacement for a 30 yo cooler - undertaken by Joel and Sam. Able to use the existing dropper box and ducting and installation went well. Clean and informative workers. Also had service on another unit undertaken by Daniel and he was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Overall, company keeps you informed all along the process.
