El Dorado 8 Cinema Centre

i have been visiting this complex since the late 70s and well nothing has changed they still give great service and have a great variety of movies and times to suit, they are close to the train station so there is no need to go looking for parking and are close to the shopping centre and have a great variety of popcorn drinks and nibblies

They are always cheaper and have a membership discount. They don't always have the same variety or number of session times a regular cinema would have, but it's never really put us out too much. Free parking under the building and I don't know if they still do it but they used to have a discount for cold rock next door.

Very good small cinema that has amazing ticket prices! The cinema is just like a big cinema but a lot cheaper and better. They have the same movies as other cinemas and a candy bar. The only bad thing about Eldorado is that it is sometimes very crowded!

I love going to the movies at Eldorado when Im over this side of Brisbane, they have reasonable priced tickets, a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and you are not bombarded with cinema advertising before a movie.
Candy bar is just as expensive as every other cinema though.

Really good smaller kind of cinema if you are sick of the huge ticket prices by the main cinema chains. Very nice inside and good quality movies and sound, cheap entry tickets and cheap food deals.

Always lovely and helpful. Their prices are good to. You can save so much here than the larger cinemas. And it is usually quieter and more relaxed.

Since the cinema has changed hands their servie and efficiency is great. Prices are good too-better than Event cinemas and even better if you are a student on Tuesdays when the movies are $6.50

One of the best priced cinemas in town. If you get a free VIP card you can see all movies for $9.50

The whole family had a wonderful time so i know it was worth the trip. The cinema was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

It's not that noisy as not many people go there, so if your like me and you just want to enjoy the movie and not the other movie-goers disturbing the moment, then this is the place to go. It's my favorite cinema. AS a UQ student it's $6.50.

I like Eldorado because it is a good alternatively to extremely high priced franchises such as Event Cinemas. You shouldn't expect anything extraordinary from this cinema but they do offer good value for money, which is why I will keep going back. Make sure you sign up online and get their Eldorado card.

It's just a normal movie experience without the price tag, its alot cheaper than the other major movie complexes and always has the same movies as them.

awesomely cheap movies, especially if you're a student (6.50 as part of the club, 5.50 on tuesdays!!!) or part of their movie club ($8.50 adult tickets all day everyday) the cinema itself in terms of seating etc is VERY basic, but it's all about the film and not the surrounds isnt it???
