Booked for Carpet Cleaning for 22/12/21.
Appointment was for 2:30pm.
Got confirmation text night before.
Moved all my furniture only to have NO Technician show up.
Called Electrodry at 3:15pm to enquire when they would be arriving. Advised Technician was in my Suburb.
Rang again at 4:00pm to be told to allow for another 10mins. Still no show. Called yet again at 5pm and was advised he would still
be there that day. Ended up saying don’t bother as I didn’t want wet carpets at 7pm at night.
Very poor service. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t of been notified. Do not recommend and will never use again.

I will never recommend this business. We paid to have the house fogged for mould. The technician didn't complete the work properly and the receipt emailed to us was falsified saying we had been given advice that wasn't true. It had also been initialled by someone from Electrodry on our behalf. The mould has come back worse than before. All correspondence to date has been fobbed off with some excuse and 12 months has passed. Do not use these scammers.

I called Electrodry requesting their services at short notice. They were kind enough to fit the job into their schedule. They arrived on time and gave positive and helpful advice before cleaning. He worked hard and carpets and rugs came up bright. This guy was polite and price was very affordable. I will get them back for sure.

I've had Electrodry before, and Ian was one of the best guys i've had. Carpets really come up good. He also raked it afterwards. He was very thorough, did an excellent job which is what i wanted. Very pleased.

I want to say thank you for sending John to clean my carpets. He did an incredibly thorough job, in fact I think that this is the cleanest that my carpets have looked. My carpet has been down for 11 years and I have had them cleaned each year - usually by a steam cleaner, last year was our first experience with Electrodry and we were quite satisfied with the result.

John was very thorough in his preparation and cleaning and the result shows. As I said before, our carpets look fantastic. and I believe that it is down to the job that John has done.

On 20/3/2014 we had Joseph come and clean our carpets.He was so pleasant and did a great job.
On 2/4/2014 we had to get a red wine stain removed from our just cleaned carpets.We were quite upset, but Frank came and did an amazing job of removing the stain and was so sympathetic to us,and understanding.It was more than just a business call.Well done, Electrodry. I was very pleased with the Electrodry service. The Real estate was extremly pleased also. It was an extremely good job. The gentleman was very obliging. Will definetly use you guys again. Superb!
