They had some great info online about their products, and when I had further questions they answered my email right away, and also helped me with a minor technical issue immediately. The products are excellent and the prices were much better than anywhere else I saw. Shipping was free and the items came after just one day. I wasn't sure if new batteries for my cordless phones would solve my problem, but knowing that I could ship them back and they would even pay return post made it an easy decision to try it out and they worked as hoped.
